Tuning in to Kids Program

We acknowledge the commitment of this group of parents who completed the Tuning in to Kids Program delivered by the wonderful Ruth Lindsay from Metro Assist. This evidence-based parenting program focused on learning to recognise, understand and respond to children’s emotions in an accepting, supportive way. The emphasis on developing children’s self-regulation skills and how parents can support children having success at school proved to be highly beneficial for our participants. We are grateful to Chris Prouty, our School Chaplain, for her support and leadership of this initiative. We look forward to running more programs of this nature in the future.
