Permission for Care

If your child needs to go home with another adult or carer other than the parent/ carer originally listed on their file, a Permission for Care Form must be completed and held on file with the school. Your child will not be permitted to leave the school grounds with anyone other than a parent/sibling, without a ‘permission to care’ form. The form is available from the office or download a copy from the Skoolbag App.
